1.1 This website (“our Site”) promotes the activities and membership of Midlands Riding Club Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 Use of our Site is on the following terms (the “Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please stop using our Site immediately. By accessing and using our Site, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms of Use. These terms form a legal agreement between you and us and can only be amended with our consent. They should be read alongside any details on our Site regarding how our Site operates, our Privacy & Cookie Policy, and any other club policies published on our Site (e.g., Membership Terms, Ride Terms & Conditions, and Safety Code).

1.3 We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time by updating them on our Site without prior notice.

5.3 By submitting User Content you confirm that:

  • it will not contain anything illegal, abusive, defamatory, misleading or inappropriate;

  • it does not contain viruses or harmful code;

  • if it promotes your own business or services, the association is clearly stated;

  • it does not contain spam or mass-mailing content.

5.4 If you do not wish to grant us these permissions, please do not submit User Content.

5.5 We may remove any User Content at any time for any reason.

5.6 We do not pre-vet User Content. If you believe any content breaches these Terms of Use, please notify us.

 

6. Our liability

6.1 Although we hope our Site is useful, we accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to our Site or its content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.2 Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
